As charming as the classic song by the same name, Paper Moon in Roanoke is one of the town's most beloved shops. Located just down the street and around the corner from us, this darling shop stocks goods both old and new. On the first floor, you'll find the softest stuffed animals, toys (both vintage and new) and baby keepsakes, books, greeting cards and other paper goods, jewelry, accessories and home decor accents. The second floor is home to a fantastically curated collection of vintage furniture.
Paper Moon is beautifully stocked for the holidays with the coveted bottle brush trees and other decor, gifts and stocking stuffers, ornaments, advent calendars and a lovely selection of wrapping paper and other accoutrements.
Owner Stephanie McKibben is one of #thenoke's most dedicated merchants, with not one but two businesses in town. Moose & Mollie's, just a hop and a skip across the street from Paper Moon, is our go-to spot for coffee drinks, light lunches, creamy gelato and candy (we're obsessed with the chocolate-covered gummy bears).
